Share your subscription insights with family members without requiring them to create accounts.
Adding Family Members
To add a family member:
- Navigate to the Family section in your dashboard
- Click "Add Family Member" to open the form
- Fill in the form fields:
- Name: (Required) The family member's name
- Email: (Required) Their email address where they'll receive reports
- Relationship: (Optional) Select from: Spouse, Parent, Child, Sibling, or Other
- Click "Add" to save
- They will automatically receive monthly reports at the email address you provided
Family members don't need to create an Orbitros account to receive reports. They'll simply receive monthly email reports about your subscription spending at the email address you specify.
What Family Members Receive
Family members will receive:
- Monthly subscription spending reports
- Summary of active subscriptions
- Upcoming renewal reminders
- Spending breakdowns by category
Managing Family Members
You can manage your family member list at any time:
- Edit Family Members: Click the edit button on a family member to open the form with pre-filled values. Update name, email, or relationship, then click "Update" to save.
- Remove Family Members: Use the delete/remove action to remove family members from your list
- View Information: See family member details including name, email, relationship, and when they last received a report
All changes take effect immediately. Updated family members will receive reports at their new email address if changed.
