Dashboard Analytics

Your dashboard provides real-time insights into your subscription spending:

• Total Monthly Spending: See your combined monthly subscription costs
• Spending by Category: Understand where your money goes
• Top Subscriptions: Identify your most expensive services
• Upcoming Renewals: View subscriptions renewing soon
• Spending Trends: Track your spending over time

Monthly Reports

Receive comprehensive monthly reports via email that include:

• Summary of all active subscriptions
• Total spending for the month
• Category breakdown
• Upcoming renewals
• Spending trends and comparisons

Configuring Reports: In the Notification Settings section, you can configure:

• Report Frequency: Select from Monthly, Weekly, or Never
• Report Day of Month: If frequency is Monthly, choose a day (1-28) when you want to receive reports. This field only appears when Monthly is selected.

How It Works: The system automatically generates and sends your monthly reports on the day you've selected. Each report includes:

• Summary of all your active subscriptions
• Total spending and category breakdowns
• Upcoming renewals
• Spending trends and insights

Reports are automatically sent via email to you and all active family members on your selected day each month.

Family members receive the same report via email without needing to create an Orbitros account. Make sure to save your preferences after making changes.

Exporting Data

You can export your subscription data to Excel format directly from the subscriptions table:

1. Navigate to the Subscriptions page in your dashboard
2. Look for the export button (Excel icon) in the top-right area of the subscriptions table, next to the status filter
3. Click the export button to download your subscription data as an Excel file
4. The exported file includes: Name, Category, Amount, Billing Cycle, Next Billing Date, and Status

The exported file will be named with a timestamp (e.g., subscriptions_export_1234567890.xlsx) and will contain all your current subscription data.
