Profile Settings

Update your profile information in the Account section:

• Email: Your email address (read-only, cannot be changed here)
• Full Name: Your display name (editable text field)
• Timezone: Select your timezone from a dropdown with filterable options including UTC, GMT, US timezones (EST, CST, MST, PST), European timezones, Asian timezones, and more

Click "Save" to update your profile information. Note: To change your password, use the password reset functionality from the login page.

Billing & Subscription

Manage your Orbitros subscription in the Account section:

• View Current Plan: See your current subscription plan name, description, and status badge (Trial, Active, etc.)
• Trial Information: If on trial, see when your trial ends
• Subscription Expiry: If active, see when your subscription expires
• Upgrade Button: If on trial, click to open the upgrade dialog and proceed to payment
• Payment Transactions: View a table of all your payment transactions with date, plan, amount, currency, and status

Payment Processing: Orbitros uses secure payment processing. When you upgrade:

1. Click "Upgrade" button in the Account section
2. Review the plan details in the upgrade dialog
3. Click "Upgrade" in the dialog to proceed to payment
4. Complete payment through the secure checkout
5. After successful payment, you're redirected back to your account
6. Your subscription is automatically activated
7. You receive a confirmation email

All payment information is securely handled by our payment processor. Orbitros never stores your complete payment card details.

User Preferences

Configure your user preferences in the Notification Settings section:

• Email Notifications: Toggle switch to enable/disable email notifications for alerts and reports
• Alert Days Before: Use the slider (0-30 days) to set how many days before renewal you want to receive alerts. The current value is displayed next to the slider.
• Report Frequency: Dropdown to select Monthly, Weekly, or Never
• Report Day of Month: If Report Frequency is set to Monthly, this number input (1-28) appears to let you choose which day of the month to receive reports

Click "Save Preferences" after making any changes to apply them.

Security

Keep your account secure:

• Change your password regularly
• Enable two-factor authentication (coming soon)
• Review active sessions
• Download your data
