How do I add a subscription?
After signing up, go to your dashboard and click "Add Subscription". Enter the subscription name, amount, renewal date, and category. You can also set up alerts for renewal reminders.
How do I receive renewal alerts?
Go to the Alerts section in your dashboard and configure when you want to receive notifications. You can set alerts for different days before renewal (e.g., 7 days, 3 days, 1 day). Alerts are sent via email by default.
Can I share my subscriptions with family members?
Yes! You can add family members by their email address in the Family section. They will receive monthly reports about your subscription expenses. Family members don't need to create an account to receive reports.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Orbitros subscription at any time from your Account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. Your data is encrypted and stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication. We never share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards through secure payment processors. All payments are processed securely and we do not store your complete payment card information.
How do I change my email preferences?
You can manage your email preferences in your Account settings. You can choose which types of emails you want to receive, including renewal alerts and monthly reports.
Can I export my subscription data?
Currently, you can view all your subscription data in your dashboard. We're working on adding data export functionality. If you need to export your data, please contact support.
